Gundosh is the lowest rank of Dvergar. Gundosh are lowest in the chain of command and should listen to what their elders instruct them to do. The gundosh should spend their time growing and learning about the clan. Between the ranks of 24 and 34, the gundosh will perform tasks for any elder that asks something of them. Sometime in this span, the gundosh will take the promotion test and become a gundurz. They will also proclaim an oath in /guild expressing their intent to serve and commit to the Dvergar (and Shadowclan). Gundosh may not reach rank 35 without first taking the promotion test and making their oath.

Gundurz are Dvergar who have proven themselves to the elders, taken the test of loyalty and clan knowledge. These are committed members and may never leave the clan.

Gundildirs are Gundurz that have the ability to invite new members. Nobs can nominate a Gundurz for this rank and the Gundgoth will promote if the feedback is good.

Gundnobs are those gundurz selected by the Gundgoth to manage the daily affairs of the clan: inviting members, promoting gundosh, distributing equipment and resources, etc.

The Bluudgoth is the Dvergar war leader. All of their armor is bathed in crimson bluudpaynt. The crimson is a sign of his commitment to taking the blood of enemies and protecting the blood of the Dvergar and allies. There is only one Bluudgoth at a given time. The Bluudgoth is elected by the oath takers of the clan. The Bluudgoth assists the Shadowklan Wargoth in the alliance war effort.

The Gundgoth is the head of the clan and selects gundnobs.

Maykurs (clan-sponsored crafters) follow a special path of commitment to the clan. Once a Dvergar is a gundurz, they may choose to dedicate themself more fully to crafting and equipping the clan. To do so, they must approach the kobold maykur goth and follow their directions for progressing toward full maykur. Candidates will begin this journey as an apprentice.
